CAMPUS Series EP.1 — The Beginning of Something Unnamed

Have you ever wanted to learn tarot -

but felt like you had to memorize

card names before you could even begin?

I started that way too.

I've been practicing as a tarot master

for over 20 years.

And in that time,

I've met so many people

who learned tarot the same way -

keyword by keyword,

card by card.

But when the moment of a real reading arrived,

they froze.

They knew the keywords.

But they couldn't connect them

to the living, breathing situation

in front of them.

That always stayed with me.

So I changed my approach.

Instead of memorizing cards,

I started teaching through stories.

Moments we've all lived through -

the flutter of a first meeting,

the weight of an impossible choice,

the quiet ache of healing from something

that hurt more than we expected.

Within those stories,

the cards reveal themselves naturally.

By the time you finish reading,

you won't feel like you memorized anything.

You'll feel like you understood.

This series is something I created

from 20 years of reading experience -

a tarot storytelling project

built entirely from real emotional moments.

If you're teaching yourself tarot,

or if you know the keywords

but freeze in real readings -

this is for you.

Let the story carry you forward.

And as you read,

let yourself feel which card

belongs to which moment.

This is the CAMPUS Series.

A tarot storytelling project where emotions

are understood through story —

not through memorization.

Each episode follows two people

whose days quietly begin to overlap.

And with each scene,

a tarot card reveals the feeling

that words alone can't quite capture.

This is not a love story yet.

But it might become one.

Have you ever felt it?

That quiet, unexplainable feeling

when someone catches your attention -

not because they did anything remarkable,

but because something in you

simply said : pay attention.

No reason.

No logic.

Just a feeling without a name yet.

This is a story about that moment.

🎓 The Background

It's the first week of a new semester.

The campus is full of faces

that don't yet know each other.

Relationships are neither fast

nor clear at this point.

Emotions in this season are always careful.

Getting even a little closer

suddenly feels meaningful.

And sometimes, without anything happening at all,

your heart runs ahead of you.

At the center of this story are two people:

"Seoha" —

honest with her emotions,

but never one to rush a connection.

She's careful, because this feeling is new.

"Jihoon" —

warm and grounded,

not experienced in love,

always one step behind

when it comes to his own feelings.

Nothing has started yet.

But their days are beginning

to overlap in the same quiet space.

📍 Scene 01 · A Moment at the Door

The hallway outside the lecture hall

is full of people —

eyes scanning room numbers,

names being heard for the first time.

Seoha stops at the door.

She isn't sure this is the right class.

She's just about to open her phone

to check the syllabus —

when she notices someone

standing at the same door.

Jihoon.

One beat too late,

their eyes meet.

"Is this… the right class?"

A short question.

Jihoon nods slowly.

"I was just checking too."

That was all.

Nothing significant.

An ordinary exchange between strangers.

And yet —

neither of them looked away quickly.

There was no particular reason.

Just the way he spoke — carefully.

The way he didn't rush inside first.

Something about that stayed with her.

Jihoon finds his seat,

but glances back at her once more.

'Why do I keep thinking about this.'

He shakes his head.

It means nothing, he tells himself.

Don't make something out of nothing.

But the thought doesn't quite leave.

🃏 Page of Cups — The Beginning of an Unexplained Feeling

Page of Cups

Keywords :

Innocent curiosity

A feeling without a name yet.

The heart noticing before the mind does

The Page of Cups stands at the water's edge,

holding a cup —

surprised by a small fish

that has appeared inside it.

An unexpected message from within.

Something the heart didn't plan for.

This card doesn't represent love.

It represents the moment just before love —

when your heart stirs

before your mind has caught up.

when you notice someone

not because they were trying to be noticed,

but because something in you

quietly recognized something in them.

That's the Page of Cups.

Pure. Unguarded. Quietly curious.

Seoha didn't know what she was feeling.

She only knew she had noticed him.

And that was enough —

for now.

📍 Scene 02 · The Same Space

Seoha takes a seat by the window.

Jihoon sits a few rows away.

They don't speak again.

  But through the entire lecture,

Seoha finds herself glancing over.

He's taking notes, head down.

Focused. Unhurried.

Slightly awkward in the way

he holds himself.

Someone who doesn't perform confidence.

That's what she notices.

That's what makes her trust him —

just slightly, without meaning to.

Jihoon, for his part,

can't quite settle.

He looks at his phone once.

Then again.

Not because there's anything there —

but because he doesn't know

what to do with this feeling

of quietly waiting for something

he can't name.

🃏 Seven of Cups — Many Possibilities, No Clear Direction Yet

Seven of Cups

Keywords :

Open possibilities

The mind wandering before the heart decides

Daydreaming without direction

The Seven of Cups shows a figure

standing before seven floating cups -

each one holding a different vision,

a different version of what could be.

This card appears

when everything feels possible

but nothing feels certain yet.

It's the feeling of standing

at the beginning of something

and not knowing which door to open -

or whether to open any at all.

Jihoon doesn't know what he wants yet.

He only knows that something shifted

in that one quiet moment at the door.

And for now —

that's all he has.

📍 Scene 03 · The Last Moment

 The lecture ends.

People begin to leave, one by one.

Jihoon picks up his bag —

but doesn't stand right away.

He checks his phone.

Not looking at anything in particular.

Just buying time.

He doesn't want to look like

he's waiting.

But he is.

Finally, after a beat of hesitation —

''Do you have class here again

next week?"

Seoha looks up, slightly surprised.

Then nods.

"Yes."

Nothing was promised.

No plans were made.

But the air between them

had quietly shifted —

and both of them felt it,

even if neither said so.

🃏 Page of Pentacles — Sincerity That Looks Like Slowness

Page of Pentacles

Keywords :

Quiet sincerity

Taking things seriously from the start

Trustworthy because unrushed

The Page of Pentacles moves slowly —

not out of hesitation

but out of care.

He holds something in his hands

as if he already understands its value -

before anyone has told him what it's worth.

This card appears

when someone approaches a new beginning

with quiet seriousness

Not exciting. Not dramatic

Just the kind of person

you find yourself trusting

without being able to explain why.

Jihoon wasn't trying to impress anyone.

He wasn't smooth.

He wasn't even sure what he was doing.

He just asked one careful question -

and he meant it.

🎴 The Tarot Flow of This Scene

Page of Cups →

The heart stirs before the mind understands

Seven of Cups →

Many possibilities, no clear direction yet

Page of Pentacles →

Quiet sincerity that earns trust slowly

These three cards together

describe the exact texture of a beginning —

not love yet,

but the moment just before

something becomes something.

This story is not yet a love story.

But it holds the first thread

of one.

✦ Closing Line

"Nothing was decided that day.

But the air between them

was no longer quite the same."

💭 Have you ever felt this?

A moment where nothing happened -

and yet something quietly shifted.

Where you noticed someone

not because they were remarkable,

but because something in you

simply said: pay attention.

What did you do with that feeling?

Did you follow it -

or did you let it pass?
